Return and Refund Policy
Return Guidelines
In case you receive a defective, damaged or wrong parcel, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. You can contact us at

Please provide the order number and the unpacking video clearly showing the problem to support your claim. This is required to process your return and refund.

All returns should be made within a week and include the invoice.
Once the product is returned, we will prepare to deliver a new product (if required), depending on its availability.
Refunds
For refunds, we will first confirm whether the package has been returned in its original condition or not. Accordingly, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account in the next 10-15 working days through the same payment method used while purchasing.
If you do not receive the confirmation for the credited amount, please check
- Your bank account once again.
- If you have paid with a credit card, please check with your credit card company. Occasionally, it may take some time for the amount to be reflected in your account.
- Check with your bank. Refunds may take some time to show up, as there is a set processing time for this purpose.
- If, even after following all the above steps, you have not received your refund, kindly contact us at customercare@wlues.com or give us a call at 9211310632.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased during a sale.
If you seek a refund on a gift package (paid by the buyer but delivered directly to you by us), you will receive a gift card/certificate for the equivalent amount.
If you seek a refund on a gift package (paid for and given to you by the buyer directly), the refund will be made to the buyer.
