Shipping Policy

1. Delivery charges will depend on the customer’s location.
2. Once we receive the order, we pack and ship it within 24 hours. You will receive a notification once it is sent out for delivery.
3. For customers residing in Delhi, the delivery time may be up to 2 days. For those staying in other parts of the country, the delivery time might be anywhere between 5-7 working days.
4. For weekends, government holidays and festive seasons, the dispatch and delivery time may increase owing to reasons like no courier service available, an increase in demand and a shortage of products.
5. We use reliable courier companies to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. However, the responsibility of providing the correct delivery address lies with you. If any delay in delivery occurs due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it is the customer’s responsibility.
6. In case there is no one to accept the delivery at the given address, the order will be returned.
7. Apart from online payment options, we also provide our customers with cash on delivery (COD).
8. If the product is out of stock, it will take 2-3 weeks for the new stock to arrive.
